insulin and cardio

Would it be bad to be doing a lot of cardio and taken insulin?

I ask this because I'm thinking about running it during this season of football

I wont get tested unless we make it to conference which has happened 8 out of last 12 years so not till end of season like november

K, so u could always take an oral, or something like suspension or prop.

What position do u play? Sounds like something like lineman or linebacker, cuz if you were corner or safety u gotta stay lean and fast

keep up ur normal cardio , no reason not to do cardio , a fast metabolism is a blessing , very easy to walk around with 20 lbs of blubber and water when using insulin , cardio will only help .
