It is amazing what 10lbs of muscle looks like. I started my cycle 3 weeks ago. I was 192 at 9% bf. I now am at 202 and look more lean than I did before. I do notice that my joints are starting to hurt real bad in the knees and shoulders. What supplement can I use to help this problem?
10lbs of muscle in 3 weeks? u sure? 80% or so of it is water man...
but as for the joint pain try adding 100mg of deca a week, and start using glucosamine sulfate (1500mg/day - awailable at GNC etc)
for me personally deca works best for the joints pain... i have terrible back/shoulder/elebow/kness pains every time i'm on a cycle, and when i add bit of deca it all goes away and i totally forget about it...
possible man, i gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I took dbol at 50mgs ed and test 600mgs and went up 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Mostly was water cause I got a little bloated but right now Im in my 8th week and feel more solid than when I started

When 10 pounds is gained, the chance of it all being muscle is pretty much impossible..... Always gonna be some water..... how much water depends on what your on, and what you are taking to fight the water retention, if anything...

Is it the water in your muscles that make you look so much bigger? If it is in fact mostly water, how come my veins are coming out more?
yes once u stop taking deca, the pain will come back 3-4 weeks after... but take the glucosamine all year around... it regenerates the cartilage and will prevent future pain..
as for the water part, yes it's mostly water... and why the veins are bigger? there is more fluid in ur veins now and the heart has to pump harder... that might be one of the reasons... but i'm sure there many other reasons to it,,,,
