  • Do you workout harder while on?

    Honestly?

    I admit I do. I've always worked out extremely intensely whether on or off, but I seem to kick it up a notch while on. Psychological? Increased endurance/aggression from the drugs? Probably a multitude of factors...

    And while I have the upmost respect for those that train naturally, when I hear someone claiming that natural athletes train harder than those that use, I always shake my head. It's just not the case in most instances...

    What's your opinion?

    actually I should re-phrase the question to 'Do natural athletes workout harder than those that use.'?

      Depends, I used to workout so hard I would have to lay on the floor after some sets just so I wouldn't fall down. Now that I am on I feel like I have a little more endurance than I did before. Still working out just as hard. Somedays I cant workout as hard and some I can.

          hell yeah... when i'm off i lack the motivation to go all the way... i know it's bad but i can't help it..

                      I definitely work out harder when on. I have to control myself or I'll push myself so hard I get injured!

                        I'm guilty... which is probably why I lose about 1/3 of my cycle gains after I go off... I just don't feel as motivated when I'm not on, a mindset I'll have to work on

                          i thought i trained really hard when i was natural, but now that i'm not, my workouts are definately longer, heavier and more intense.

                            I do, more intense, more brutal but not as long as I would do offline.
