I have dieted down for competition so i know how hard this task can be. How is it the pro's seem to get so extremly ripped and dry for competition? What do they do that is so special to achieve this?

What they do ? or take ?

- diuretics
- some will probably take DNP
- GH....... of course
- Now top guys like Ronnie Coleman are taking exotic stuff, for example interleukin-15. God only knows what this shit can do to a human being...
