    34pumped, or anyonelse, what do you think of the Nlarge2? I am currently using muscle milk but was gonna switch and try Nlarge2 when I start bulking again in about a month?

      I usually have 1 8 ounce cup of grape juice with Creatine, 10 G of Glutamine and 50 grams of Designer Whey.

        Optimum Whey 100%.. two-three scoops with milk

        where can i find maltose and dextrose that i can add to my drink? YJ?

        and pasta directly after with tuna.

          15 minutes prior and throughout the workout, 12g nectar whey isolate and 30g dextrose/malodextrin, 2g Aminos. Post workout, 38g nectar whey isolate and two caramel corn cakes, 3 mls of vinegar, 3mls of lemon juice.

            I like American Bodybuilding "Mass Recovery" with a scoop of creatine. I know it has a bit of sugar but it definitely takes me out of that daze from a hard workout.

              50g of protein from whey, 75g of maltodextrin, 25g glucose, 10g creatine.

              Glucos and or maltodextrin are the way to go. Fruit juice = preferentially refuelling your liver. Table sugar, glycaemic index of 68, glucose is 100, so much better for refuel.

              2 hours later then slow release carbs

                      Nope i do measure my food, or meat at least on a food scale though.

                        I couldnt imagine having that much simple sugar pre workout, unless I was about 5% BF and wanting to bulk to 20%.

                                i like the nlarge 2 wildberry alot .....im trying to bulk like hell and it has alot of calories plus protein. tastes good to
