34pumped, or anyonelse, what do you think of the Nlarge2? I am currently using muscle milk but was gonna switch and try Nlarge2 when I start bulking again in about a month?

I usually have 1 8 ounce cup of grape juice with Creatine, 10 G of Glutamine and 50 grams of Designer Whey.

15 minutes prior and throughout the workout, 12g nectar whey isolate and 30g dextrose/malodextrin, 2g Aminos. Post workout, 38g nectar whey isolate and two caramel corn cakes, 3 mls of vinegar, 3mls of lemon juice.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body

50g of protein from whey, 75g of maltodextrin, 25g glucose, 10g creatine.
Glucos and or maltodextrin are the way to go. Fruit juice = preferentially refuelling your liver. Table sugar, glycaemic index of 68, glucose is 100, so much better for refuel.
