  • Gains? Is this typical? Need advice...

    Questions?
    1. How difficult will it be for me to see gains based on my history?
    2. Am I wasting my time with what I am taking?
    3. Are the results I will describe typical?

    History:
    -5' 9", 212 lbs now.
-I was wrong on my BF% last time I posted it, I thought it was 20 or so, it is in fact 14%
-Natural weightlifter for 15 years, no longer break than 2 weeks due to vacations and such in my life.
-31 years old (This may be a factor in my gains...)
-I already mentioned my goals last time I posted: get BF under 10% and put on about 10-15lbs of lean mass.
-Started winny at 50mg/day exactly 2 weeks ago. (I know, I know, orals are not popular by themselves but I am being honest)
-Diet consists of about 3000 calories, 6 meals a day, 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fats. (very aware of trying to keep this all unsaturated)
-Train 6 days a week: Each bodypart once a week, but I fry it. (Typical days: Chest/Bi's, cardio, legs, Shoulders/Tri's, cardio, back/cardio, then off a day)
-Cardio 3/week 30-45 minutes a session, depending on my mood.
(Keeping heartrate in ideal range for fat burning for my age)

    Results in only two weeks:
-No strength gains that are noticable, muscle endurance continues to rise though. (More reps at lower weights)
    -Gained 5lbs already
-My energy levels are very high, I seem to get stronger as my workout goes on during the evening. (This is the thing that REALLY sticks out in my mind)
-I don't want to check bodyfat again for a few more weeks though to give everything more time to work.

Is this result of my diet? The winny? Probably both...

Again, please check out the 3 questions and let me know what you think. I trust your expert opinions completely gang.

    Thanks yet again,

    Solo

What kind of time frame are you talking about? I wouldnt recomend running winny much longer than 6 weeks, and I highly doubt your going to drop 4%bf and gain 15lbs lbm on winny alone.

by the way, you can most definately achieve your goals, but not from one winny only cycle IMO
