Thinking about making the jump from Xenadrine to clenbuterol. Was curious as to how the side effects are compared to ephedrine. My main concern is pulse rate and blood pressure. I didnt have too much of a problem at all with Xenadrine. Is Clen milder, harsher?? THanks a lot guys

it all depends on the individual. some will take little doses and can hardly take it, unlike other people will take high doses like myself(140mcg) and deal with it fine. start off low(like 60-80mcg) and gradually go up untill the shakes. but Clen is much harder on youComment
