i am 2 months into a 16 week prop eq cycle and i will be starting win in week 11-16 and stopping eq on week 14. as of now i weigh 180# give or take a pound. i am at 10% BF. which was my goal. my wife is complaining that my face looks too skinny and she can see my ribs so i am going to come out of keto. i am eating about 3000 calories now but will up it to 4000 for the remainder of the cycle and try to put on some quality mass and maybe get back to the 190s. i started at close to 200#
damn its nice to see those abs which have been hidden by a sheath of fat for 10 years. i still have fat on my lower abdomen and love handles but its not bad. thanks for all the help on making this cycle success bros! i reached my goal in half the time i thought it would take. well now i am skinny and pretty cut its time to start planning my winter bulking cycle.
