We wont even get into who's selfish in this industry..... and whos hurting the PH ban and who advertises towards teens, at bb.com, Ive seen it all........
And all the supplement company owners who rag all over Bill, all I can say is.... those who live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones.
My point is, he changed his once very respectable website, which was not full of outlandish claims, when he knew a huge increase in traffic would be coming after his article. He decided to gear his site more towards the uninformed with misleading statements, I just can't respect that.

To say that a formal education is restrictive in any way is just plain foolish. A formal education is a tool. You can just have one, or you can have one and make the most of it. Sorry, but Einstein is a pretty shitty example. What he did required no formal education. His area of expertise wasn't something that really had any previous work. Yes, there was a little, but it's not something that was being taught in school. The Wright brothers are an even worse example. Again, they didn't do anything that required a formal education. They didn't know why their invention worked. It just did.
In any event, yes you can learn a LOT without a college education. And yes, you can learn a lot "on the job", but IMHO thats about the same as a formal education.
However, Bill's area of interest, the human body, is a lot different than other areas of science. The human body is probably the most complex peice of science that exists. For this, yes, a formal education is needed to attempt to accurately explain how things work in relation to each other.
Anyway, to each his own. There are lots of smart people without formal educations. I just don't think Bill is that great. If you think he's brilliant, then great. I may be wrong...
BTW he's now changed his website again, maybe he came to his senses but I think the damage has already been done and everyone has seen his true character.
