      dude, you don't grow in the gym, but while you rest ans sleep.

      2-3 days off a week is normal, depending if your a powerlifter or bbuilder

        I know a few guys who buy into this "you cant over train on gear" bullshit. YES take time off when on a cycle!!!!! That is vary important.....I think more people over train when on a cycle than any other time. which means thats a LOT of gear waisted that could have come to me...lol

            I take at least 1 sometimes 2, its hard, its so damn addicting.
            I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
            I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul

              i took a week this week cause i had a cold and felt like shit. Im still feeling a little sick but tomorrow Monday 30, I will continue training hard and eating. The good thing is Im still eating my 6-8 meals a day and 300gms of protein

                          lol...on or off cycle I could imagine working out 7 days per week. I got too much shit to do to devote all 7 days to gym. currently 4 or 5 days per week and 2 or 3 off. Its working nicely I might add. Up 30 lbs right now.

                              I work out 1 day on and 1 day off whether on cycle or not. The only exception is Fridays; I never work out on Fridays.
