Wuddup Fellas...
Damn, i've finally found a board that i recognize a few guys in. I used to post on the old Fitness board. What happened? i went back their one day and i had to subscribe to get in?!?!?
then i tried going back a few weeks ago but it was hacked again!
So i decided too look for a new home. I've been to the other boards Muscle Chem, Elite etc etc. but i dont really recognize anyone so .... i come here and i see

Where's? stupidbiotch and captainbicep austrian oak, arnold's novice... I don't see these guys anywhere... maybe i just havent been looking enough
or the guy who had the damn dancing chicken as his sig.
Well, after a nasty bicep injury and a big drop of weight from 225 to 205... i thought id get back in the game. I'm sure this board will be as informative and cool as the old board, as i have been reading for a few days.
