  • Tweeking A Lagging Bodypart???

This is a general overview of a problem that i am sure many have dealt with. What do you do to get a lagging bodypart up to speed. My problem is the outer-bicep head, it continues to lag behind. I have been training for ten years and have used the basic aas's judiciously. I have altered traing regimines etc.
So here is a list of things that have been tried or yet to be tried so please help with any suggestions.

    1. Try different training methods.
    2. Use synthol or combinaton of aas's with it for that area.
    3. Try site injections with aas's just in the outer head.
    4. Just live with and work around it.

note: This may seem simplistic but my experience with new methods is limited. Could you please help out with any fyi???

you just have to make sure you're hitting the bicep from every angle and working it till failure every workout @ the risk of sounding obvious.....hammer curls put a lot of emphesis on the outer head....you could also just have bad bi's genetically....Me on the other hand-My bi's are my greatest asset!!!!!....good luck

i would never touch synthol... i think its very stupid... with laggin bodyparts, i just read more on them, do them as the very first excersize... try suppersets, go heavier, go higher reps, increase volume.. do spot injection, one of them should respond, and if not then fuckit u tried...

Thanks for the input guys. I am no fan of Synthol either not i'm i advocating it. I would never have asked the question if i had not been training at least ten years. I am going to try some different exercises and add hammer curls.

Do you think most get some improvement with site injections with Suspension or oils not synthol or syntherol just the aas's???

I've been trying that and theoretically it should work for the same reason synthol does. The oil stretches the fascia surrounding the muscle. But in practice, I can't say I've noticed a difference. I may not have given it enough time though so, I'm going to continue just to be sure.

Just hit it harder, try to add a couple more sets and maybe throw it in your routine more than once a week.

Thanks. I will try the improved training techniques. The syntherol is a lst resort for me but i have a show coimg up and just looking at alternatives. I tell you this i think the synthol is safer than a lot of things i would nver use such as slin or DNP etc....just my humble opinion.....
