If your worried about the feds getting info on you asking questions on someone being legit, they'd have to hack it to get the info, which I think would not be admissable? Anyway, if your not currently using a proxy right now, then they can grab that info from your ISP anyway as you send the data out in plain text anyway. In other words, make sure your covered, dont worry so much about the board, JMO.

Feds and DEA "DO NOT NEED TO HACK YOU"......if you read the policy of any web host it clearly states they will release info on your site to authorities if illegal activity is suspected...they do this so their ass is coverend and they cant be tried along side u...a web host knows everything about your site and the people visiting EVEN IF U USE A PROXY PROGRAM to hide your ip....use a packet analizer on any machine behind a proxy the packet or internet request u send to a site always shows your real ip in the nat list or network address translation list contained in the packet...this is why a lot of people get busted they have a false sense of security they figure if i use a data scrubber program to get rid of info on my machine and a proxy program im safe.....well u are safe from the average everyday joe.....but if put up against someone who knows what their doing u are just as wide open as without all those programs....not to scare you guys but dont get yourself caught because you have the false sence of security...if the feds or dea want to know somthing about a board they go right to the host and ask and the host DOES NOT have to notify you...the feds can have the names addresses phone numbers and any other info they want in a matter of hours all from your host with one phone call and a fax......there are ways to circumvent this and leap through a loophole......but i will not post it open or tell anyone other than a board owner i trust as being stand up.....it is somthin i use on massmonsterz and will soon be helping gearedup do here for u guys......but please DO NOT get relaxed with false sense of security with all those programs cause the government has one thats twice as good that will undo what those programs do your just wasting time and money unless your trying to hide from the average joe.....
