Well like I said I’m new to the board so I hope this is the right forum to post this.

    Here it goes

    Info about me:
205lbs, 5’11 (fat % I got no clue) but the only fat that I have is on my lower stomach (abs are very difficult to gain lol. I will have a pic shortly of a before and after.

    Cycle:

1- Cutting Cycle with EQ (lost 30lbs)

2- Bulking cycle with D-bol, Deca, (gain 25lbs pure muscle)

3- Bulking cycle suspension + Deca (cycle problem, ***** tits started so I had to stop)

4- Cutting cycle with EQ and Winny ( That I’m on right now, 12 week)

This was in a period of one and a half year.

I’m on the Body for Life program and going very good.
My question would be: Is anyone on B-4-L and how is it going?
+ Any tricks with the diet?

Keep at it bro and with that good solid diet from b/4/L
you will be at your goals very shortly!
The body 4 Life Diet is very good for loosing weight(fat) and keeping muscle mass. But to gain muscle (bulking cycle) would be hard to do! but thats my 2cc
