hey i am 5 wks in to my prop/fina cycle , iv lost about 4-5% bf so far... down 12lbs in weight , so im @ 14.3% bf and 186lbs .. 5'6
now iv been doin 45min cardio 6x/ wk and im on a 2000-2500 cals ED diet.. no bread/rice what so ever just 1 day / wk ... now here is the tricky part... my goal right NOW is to get to 10% but i really wana get as shreded as possible... and set a new record...
do u think i should wait till i hit 10% then increase cardio to 2x / day or will i loss muscle that way and just keep doin what im doin ???
