  • How many frams of Protein do you get from shakes?

    Including Protein shakes and MRP's how many grams do you get from them compared to real food.

    I am getting about 125 grams a day from Designer Whey. Only because I can get a 5lb container for $20-$25. The rest from real food about 200. I would like to use more Designer for several reasons: Its cheap, easy to make and clean up. High quality (better than chicken or tuna) but I am trying to cut and having some difficulties and it was suggested to me to get more real food and less shakes. But I am on a keto diet and I get sick of eating all that real food protein sources after 2 months. I would rather just sucj down a shake and be done with it, but the fat is not coming off like I would like. I even added T3 and Clen 2 weeks ago.

    About 50g a day total. 310g from real food.

    Whey is not suitable for an all day protein, and you can get a 10 pound bag for under $40, Optimum Nutrition whey.

      I get about 80 grams. 2 shakes a day.

                At least half from whey, sometimes more. I have never scene scientific of personal proof that shakes don't build muscle like real food.

                  Since I’m on an all-liquid diet, all my protein comes from shakes.

                      i only get around 40-60 from shakes, the rest comes from foods. I try drinking the shkaes only when i wake up and as soon as I go to bed.
