Can you take them together? Adviseable? i'll be using the clen to be anti-catabolic while dieting...i can't use clen by it's self because i get hungry...and the ephedrine kick my appitite down the drain so well i have to use that...
can you take them together? of course you can, do I advise you to do it, HELL NO. Your asking for some serious problems then. What your supposed to do is take clen for 2 wks and ECA for wks following your clen...I would not take both.
