How would you run nolv and clomid together for recovery

I plan on having a lot of nolv when I come off and because I wont be doing the regular higher dosage clomid therapy (300,100,50) I thought adding nolv would help further recovery while not adding to clomids negative side effects (eye sight, crying like a little ***** etc.) Changed my cycle a little it will now be 12 weeks of test 500mg/week dbol 1-4 35mg/day 12-15 30-20mg/day


I was thinking of doing 150mg clomid day 1 50mg nolv
100mg clomid day 2-11 40mg taper to 30
50mg clomid day 12-21 20 taper to 10


or something along those lines. I have only seen a few others do this in order to base these numbers from. What do you think. Thanks.

I had to start nolva a few days into clomid because i started to get gyno.... and its still here..

Here are my thoughts on Nolva & Clomid together

I think that Clomid does stimulate natural test production, but it is far from a strong anti-estrogen. Post cycle is the time we really need to watch out for gyno. We don't want to kill our estrogen levels because it will help with recovery, but at the same time our receptor sites in our chest are vulnerable to the high estrogen level with out testosterone.

So is we can have a speedy recover and protect ourselves from gyno wouldn't that be the perfect scenario? I also think it's better to run the therapy for 5-6 weeks instead of the traditional 3 weeks. 750 IU's have really worked good from me, Swale uses this method for his patients and you really never get shut down size wise. I read some scientific study at CEM that did a study on clomid and why it may be beneficial for longer periods

thats a good question cause i was thinking of running the nolvadex i got here with the clomid as soon as my cycle is over. So far no signs of gyno, so i stopped the nolvadex. but yeah i''ll use for post cycle therapy

Here's my opinion on Nolva. Use it on a "as needed basis only, that means if you feel some gyno coming on, use it. I'm probably gonna hear a lot of flak from this, but here is another one. All this shit about high doses of clomid and hcg is bullshit. The opinion you get from some people here is that these anti - e's are going to keep your size after a cyc is a load of CRAP. All clomid and hcg are designed to do is stimulate your own test production again. The best thing for keeping your size and your Libido is to do a maintenance cyc of about 200mg- 400mg of test a week for the rest of your life. There is no such thing as a " little cyc here and there" Once you start, you start so don't start if you can't handle the truth.

I actually disagree with your post for the most part. But I am most definately in this for the long run. I dont ever see myself stopping. But a lifelong cycle is not needed unless you are at the top level of the pro ranks.

Anyway any other opinions on using both for recovery purposes. I think prolangtum uses both. What do you think.

i recovered well when i ran nolva at 10mg and 500ius of HCG eod during the last two weeks of my cycle, tapering with short esters. Three days after last inject of tren/prop and HCG, i did this:

150 c, 60 n Day 1
100 c, 40 n Days 2-5
50 c, 20 n Days 6-12
25c, 10 n Days 13-16

Thanks man. I am going to run something very similar just a longer since I dont plan on using HCG this time round.
