I inject the 1-Test after working out that bodypart after the workout, or else working it out would be damn near impossible after an injection.

About 30minutes after i wake up. Nothing better than some nice prop pain to wake you up in the morning, or the taste of the fina after you inject.

I inject whenever I can get my wife to stick me. Only on glute days ofcourse. On quad days it's before I workout or right after I get home from work.

i do it before i workout about an hour or two it helps the oil absorb when the muscles are used after injection
