i been on winny only 50 mg ed, i am weak and sluggish 95% of the time. i stopped lifting for 4 days and im still tired as shit. im not low carbing either. what gives?

If your gear is shit and you're training very intensely (more intensely than usual), you're probably not recovering properly/overtraining.

your thread was what i've been looking for. ive been feeling the exact same way. joint pain, easily angered, and some serious lazy ass. I've switched over from sus and finishing w/ the win. been 3wks and i'm not sold on it. Different shit works for different people, dude.
