  • Has anyone got hyperplasia off of GH?

I wondered is this was truly a myth? Also what benefits on connective tissue? Aching knees no longer a problem etc? Thanks

I've always heard that the only way to experience hyperplasia was from growth hormone after 25 years, however my anatomy profesor said that under extreme weight conditioning you can still have hyperplasia occur in it's absence.

How would you find out for sure if hyperplasia occured in your muscles other then performing biopsy?
Beauty is only skin deep - unless you have some good muscle underneath.
        Then it goes much deeper.

Exactly. You're not going to be able to determine if hyperplasia has occured, so asking is kind of a mute point.

I'd assume as if you stopped training due to injury etc you would keep a significant amount of muscle, unlike, with me at least where I basically return to an untrained state after a few months
