Syno Coversion Problem

I did a 10 gram syno conversion . I thought I was only suposed to get 100ml total. But when I was done I had 160ml. What the hell went wrong. I did everything I was suposed to.I got the kit from R-Kits nad it was perefect. So I dont think it wa that. The only thing that did not come out was after I finish the last prosess( heet to crystalize the test ) I got about 15 grams of powder. I tried and seperate the crystals but coudnt. So I did the coffee filter with the oil and suspension conbined. I got out the powder that was in the solution and thaought everything was good till I measured out 160ml. How much was I suposed to get?

shouldn't have mixed the oil in till you messured a weighed it ...I'll bump for you .....hope it turns out okay ....quich question . why would you do a conversion powders is much cheeper....$.50 a gram if you hunt .....Hum kind of makes you think....@#$

And I have no source to give so don't ask....just know what prices are in the wind

Yea, I know they are but I had the syno aftert he fact so I just did it to see how it would come out. Kind of like an experiment. And I did measure powder Like I said in the post I had 15 grams powder after I let it crystlize.

Is miy rtios still the same. 100mg/ ml. This is where I got confused. I new I would have more because of the 15-16 grams of powder but I was ? the mg/ml. Any input would be great thanks

16 grams at 100mg/ml will equal 160 mls, they put in the kit the eaxact amount of oil and solvent that was needed to make it 160mls

what method did you use? my 10gram syno coversion yielded 9.5 grams powder after about 5 days of drying. it was a very simple process. i am going to repeat but use NaOH instead of purchasing the special "estrogen solubizing solution"

Reasearch Kits 10 CARTRIDGE kit comes with two 100ml vials of oil. You convert 5 CARTS at a time.

A perfect yield would give 20grams of TNE TOTAL (from 10 carts) and you'd end up with two 100ml vials, each at 100mg/ml. Nobody gets a perfect yield. Everybodys yield is different - no RK does NOT give you oil for 16 grams.... You have to weigh it, measure the oil, and take your total volume/grams of test.

(prolang...) Sounds like you are getting your milligrams and milliliters mixed up unless you know something I don't...

16 grams in 100ml of oil/solvent would equal 160mg/ml - NOT 160 milliliteres of volume. Grams of test has nothing to do with volume... Its how much goes into solution in your solvent and how much oil...

Rk does give you a little extra oil/solvent for purging the filter, but I don't think it is 60ml -

Displacement, maybe. Extra solution, maybe... You said it was dry, so I don't think it is water...

How long did you let the alcohol evaporate?

Did you convert 10 GRAMS or 10 CARTRIDGES?

I converted 10 carts. It gave me 15 to 16 grams of crystals. I them added all the soulution they gave me heated till I seen the crystals melt. Filtered through coffe filter to get out any small amount of powder that was left in the crystals filtered with two whatmans and ended up with 160 mls it would of only been 158 but I purged the filter with grapseed oil smls. I still confused on the mg/ml ratio. Oh yes I used the conversion from basskiller not the one that RK gave me. And powder was completly dry when I did the oil.

10 carts yield 16 g of TNE. The prop ester weight and the estrodial weight has to be accounted into the equation of being removed.

I bought a 10 c S kit from researchkits and it came with no directions.. have found different sites using different methods for making TNE but was wondering if anyone can post the direrctions for Researchkits kit Thanks
