winny

a buddy of mine wants to try winny for 20 days @ 50mgs ED (BD)just to see how he reacts to it. should he see any results?

also, has anyone ever done winstrol only? how did you like it?

He will notice minimal gains..maybe a little hardness, little joint pain..tell him to try it for at least 4 weeks.

i would def do it for 6 weeks, he will be happier. my friend ran 50mg/day for 3 weeks of IP winny and loved it so i am sure your friend would love the BD....like i said in iamcdn's post, tell him to start MSM 2 weeks prior to starting the winny because it helped me out with joint pain
