Probably since I got it from BD's diabetic section.... but metal is metal. Your width at the tip should not be different thus the 23g would IMO look the same. Hope that makes sense.

I went on vacation and fogot and left the 20gauge quick pull needle on the syringe.
I must of used it eight or nine times. Yeeeeeooohhhh
