liq clen and t3 measurement ?????

oki know someone posed a while back about how to measure yoru t3 and clen with the dropoer......

does anyone still have the....math on that.....

any advice on how to eat with it ,,,,,,diet wise.......

i start this week......just finished my bulking cycle and need to cut fat......

im pissed cuz i couldnt get the whinny i wanted.....but oh well. im sure ill do fin with out.......oh i have one botle of clen and one of t3. and 40 clen tabs.....any sujestions would greatly help.......

but when you search you have to use more than 3 letters ......in each word....

most people when talking abou tthis stuff call it T3 and i cant find much about the measurements................

so a lill help would be nice ......

i think u can use the following to do ur search if its under 4 letters ( T3**)

i measured this several times and this is what i go. If the take the droper, count each drop. 6-7 drops=12mcg, you could always use a pin to measure it.

Just get a dropper that is marked with 1/2 and 1ml measurements. They're like 1 buck at Walmart. Use that dropper, easy as pie, that's what I did
