First, thank everyone for all the help after my recent pec injury. Here's where I am now. I have a huge bruise at the top middle area of my R bicep. I am sure this is the insertion of the pec tendon. It is a little sore but not too bad. I can do most exercises that don't involve the pec with little or no pain. I can almost do a pushup but am waiting to be completely pain free before I use my R. chest.
Here is my plan. I wil continue to do my non chest workouts as scheduled. But I have a question. Since my L pec is uninjured, and my left side has always been a little weaker should I just do L. sided work on my chest day. Do you think a few weeks of L. side only chest work while my R. side to recovers will be enough to cause some serious asymetry?
