B-12 and dosage

the title pretty much sums up the questoin.
if you are taking it how often and at what dose
currently im running M,W,F. shots - 1cc at 1000mcg/per cc
Id like to know what others are doing
ive posted this question on another board, without a single response! im hoping you guys will help me out here.

I read somewhere that the b12 is only in your system for 8-12 hours, so daily injections could be better.

I believe Basskiller is running it at 1cc/day.

I run it at 500 mcg ed. Works for me.

ill do a little research and ask around with some of the other doctors i work with. most are a little older and would not think its "to cool" for me to be, in their words "abusing" B12.
i have prescibed it to a few patients who are on strict diets, but the standard dose for them is 100mcg a week at most. ive seen some older women who are deficient is vit. B12 and get replacement tharapy at a dose of 1000mcg every 3 to 4 weeks

Keiser, do you know where you read that B12 is only active for 12 hours??
