However, I'm guessing it wouldn't be all too effective as is the case with drinking winny. I've taken B-12 pills and noticed nothing worthwhile. Gonna give the injectable version a try sometime soon.

I think the whole point of injecting B12 is the fact that it is poorly absorbed through the digestive system.

I think that taking an injectable preparation orally would make it even less likely to be absorbed.
