  • combating fina gyno

i know this topic has been discussed many times but in doing searches I realized that bromo is the best for combating, however, i don't have access to it but could easily get VITEX. Just wondering how effective this product is (any personal experiences). Also, recommended dosage. Please help, nips are itchy.

Try it, you never know. Start with a gram/day of standardized vitex. I recommend solaray. You should notice a difference in a few days if it does help.

High dose nolvadex may cure you also, try 80mg a day for a few days.

you should also try looking into Dostinex. I believe it works similarly to bromo w/o all its bad sides. you'd probably have to go through an online pharm.

Nolva's will not help with progesterone induced gyno. Also Vitex will lower prolactin and will not increase or decrease estrogen or progesterone levels.

Another bump for Dostinex, that should help straighten you out !

use a nolva. plain and simple. I had the same problem. Prolactin does not really cause any gyno problems. Anti-E is the way to go. STAY AWAY from BRomo. it is not needed - Natoli

Stay away from bromo, like said it is not needed, and it is not a smart choice.
