I am about to start my first cycle and I am planning on doing Quality Vet EQ 400mg/week and Quality Vet Deca 300 300mg/week. Since this is my first cycle I do not want to use any real heavy steroids, but my question is...should I use the Deca 300 at 300mg/week or the Deca 200 at 200mg/week? Thanks .

I'd go with test only for your first cycle @ 400-500mg/wk, but if you already have the stuff and are set on the EQ/Deca combo...
400 Eq and 300 deca should work well. However, keep in mind that without any androgen in there, your sex drive may take a tumble and recovery most likely will be a bit more difficult. -
Get some test do the cycle HHM mentioned.
Save the EQ and deca for another cycle. You should done some more research, you say you don't want to do a heavy steroid on your first cycle. Deca is one of the heavyest there is, it's very hard on the hpta system. It takes longer to recover from deca then most other drugs.

get you some test and save the deca...test and eq would be great for a 1st timer....
test=500mg a wk
eq=400mg a wk
