  • Would i know if my liver values were elevated?

Ive been on 50mg of winny for 7 weeks and i was on 100mg for a little while but it was hell on my joints. I felt sorta wierd the last couple days. Like fatigued. Im getting 9-11 hours of sleep and i dont really feel sick. I dont really want to eat like my diet food.
My buddy says its 7 weeks of overtraining catching up with me. But idk could it be my liver or sumthing?

How long did you take 100 ED? The guideline is 100mg ED for no more than 6 weeks, 50mg upto 8 weeks. Your values will be elevated, but whether or not to a worrying degree I don't know, though if you are healthy it is unlikely. Get a liver test from your doctor, for peace of mind and also to see how your body copes for future reference. I wouldn't worry though

Well if your levels were up alot it could be, that's why I said get a test. But I doubt it will be that, more likely the training or a virus going round, but get tested - I think it is a good idea anyway when using orals to make sure. As to how to get your doc to test - I use a sports drug clinic which has free anonymous testing, so I don't use my doc. If I did I would say I had been drinking alot from stress and had tenderness on my right side, I wouldn't admit steroid use, that will haunt you in every doc you see thereafter

As far as outward appearances go, liver trouble often first shows in a slight yellowing of the eyeballs, at least that's what my doc said.
