Hello bros i was wondering does it matter if you inject before a workout or is it better after?Also i id my first inject sunday night 400mgs of deca and 400mgs of enanthate, what other day should i do to keep blood levels consistent.However i would like to keep it at 400mgs of deca a week and 400 mgs of test a week being that this is my first cycle the cycle will last 10 weeks.i am 5'9" and 170 and well toned.what would you perceive as the average gain on this cycle i am taking in 4000 calories a day and 255 grams of protein?hope you can give me an idea. thanks GEORGIA BULLDOG

It doesn't matter when you inject with those 2 specific steroids you mentioned. They both have longer acting esters(especially the deca) so it won't make any difference. As for how many times you have to inject it. Some will say twice a week but once a week injections is all you need with those 2. Don't know exactly how much you will gain but anywhere from 10-20 pounds(depends on too many variables even though you are eating alot) can definately be attained.Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......
It takes alot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there's no real security in what's no longer meaningful. There's more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life and in change there is power......

I like twice a week to keep the volume down.The less cc the less pain. I always shoot quads on leg day just before working out. Gets the blood moving, and makes for less pain. Also if using painful gear,if you shoot legs a day or 2 before working legs you too damn sore to lift. Thats my 2 cents.

The gear is brovel as it is abundant and cheap it is also reliable yet painful stuff.I personally like the delts although i have not shot anywhere else.Just feels like a huge deep bruise.It was my first injection and there is no doubt i moved the needle to much.It took a good amount of time due to the 25g needle.i am currently starting to stock up on eql stuff for a cycle before summer.i have decided i will do 3 cycles a year until i get to my goal of 215lbs i will let all know my progress thanks again guys.
