This sucks! Just started my pre-cycle cycle and I'm sick!
My throat is killing me! I haven't gotten sick in forever! It's been killing me now for days. Thought it was just a sore throat but every day it's been getting worse. Can't miss work too I have 6 people to train today. Doesn't show dedication if I miss on them. Oh well today and tommorow work then I will just stay home and relax all weekend. Later I will call my doc and see what I should do about this. Damn and tommorow was chest day too.
Being defeated is sometimes only a temporary condition. Giving up, makes it permanent......
