boy is on sus and eq. how many cc can he max in his shoulders?

i'd say 2-3. i do 2, but if he's pretty big, then he could probably handle more. i do 3 in glutes and quads, 2 in shoulders and lats, and 1 for bi's and tri's. everyone could be a littlee different though
