I wouldn't go as far as to say this as most people can handle quite a bit of insulin before they DIE. However to becareful there is the potential to hurt yourself and yes it is possible to kill yourself.

1 unit = 1 I.U. = 1 International Unit.
The bottle should tell you what the concentration is. Don't fuck up on the dosage and make sure you are not alone. Make sure you have access to plenty of simple carbs in case of a problem.
1 mg = 3 I.U.'s so you can make the conversion if the conc. on the bottle is in mg/mL.
1 mL = 1 CC
