I have a question regarding maintaining a low BF for the next couple months. The reason I was able to get cardio in every morning is because I worked from 10:00 until 6:00pm, weight trained after work in the evening.
well, now my work shift has changed from 7:00am til 3:30pm, when should I do cardio??? Im thinking of doing cardio 3-4 days per week still for 30 mins, but when should I do it, after weight training. I just that I would be burning muscle.
