two questions: 1. i was wondering which you guys preferred, if you had to choose one? 2. when using nolvadex, i know one should start using it when symptoms appear, but would it be smart if i just used it the whole cycle? and if i do that, should i literally start on day 1?

Run liquidex the entire cycle.......you could run nolva the entire cycle as well.......
liquidex prevents test from converting to estrogen
