since we're on a roll. What are the "easiest" (for lack of a better word) sites after glutes? Delts/quads?

haven't started my profina yet,but i have been taken b-12 3 times a week for 3 weeks in my shoulder now.the thing is,my skin is getting rough where i injected,and it is not smooth as the first time i did.kind of like i poking into a plastic.

Quads I think are easier than glutes. You an do them seated, they're right in front of you and pain free.

This is the order I use:

Quads > glutes > delts > bis > calves
