  • Tamoxifen?

For future knowledge when I run a cycle thats prone to gyno (I'm just doing Winny/Fina/Clen right now). Can Tamoxifen reverse gyno or just prevent it from happening? How about Clomid?

Or I should say I didn't think Fina caused gyno by itself. I thought it only caused gyno when mixed with something like Deca?

Fina gyno is rare and comes from the fact that tren binds to the progesterone receptors (acts as a progestin). It is much more common for people to get gyno from test than with fina (or deca).

Actually, nolva WILL help with fina gyno even though fina gyno is not estrogen based. There are three hormones that are all necessary to be present for gyno to happen: estrogen, progesterone, and IGF1. Knock out any of those and gyno won't happen. Nolva is an estrogen antagonist in the breast tissue. If estrogen can't bind to the receptors, it can't assert its influence and gyno will not happen. You could shoot yourself full of straight progesterone but in the absense of estrogen, no gyno.

To answer the original question, yes, nolva will keep gyno from progressing and will reverse the symptoms if caught early enough. Once you have full blown ***** tits, it's too late and surgery is the only option. I started to get gyno some 5 weeks after my last cycle ended. I had sensitive, puffy nipples and knots under each nipple as well. I was even lactating a little! I jumped on the nolva at 40 mg ed for a couple weeks, followed by 20 mg ed for the next three months and all symptoms dissappeared and have not returned since. No knots or sensitivity and no lactation; completely back to normal.
