24 Week Cycle ... What do you guys think

    I still have 2 weeks of winny to go, almost over. So that is why i really bumped it up for the next time on the bulking side, and since i am already kind big, i don't want to bulk and then wait 3 months to cut out everything. That is why i am going right into a cutter for 10 weeks.

    The top numbers are kind of diecing because the last few shots i was upping th dosage of Test, 500 - 600 - 700 ended.

    Now i know that if i loose BF i will get smaller, but even @ 225 it was hard to fit into shit, my arms are currenty 18" no pump, and chest is around 48-50. Waist 38" (i am below the gut, so that is as small as i get even with no gut) I used to play football and my Quads are decent size witch makes it already hard to get into any pair of jeans.. i have no idea how the monsters on this board by clothes. Anyway i was saying this because i don't feel like walking around for 3 months in sweat pants ....

      Bro IMHO by the looks of that last pic you can do a lot naturally over the course of the summer. Keep the carbs fairly low and start doing wind sprints...they are the ballz...try starting @ 10 min sprint 1 min run 1 min etc etc... then go up 2-3 min each time 2-3X a week and you will be thanking me...clen would help too

      when you can see your muscles the next cycle will be much more satisfying

        I will give your idea a try, but i need a little clarification... you want me to walk (4mph) for 10 min..then run 1 (8 mph)then walk again 10 then run????

        For how long total....???

          If you want to get down to 10% or 12% bf, you have to forget about dbol. Dbol will make you retain a lot of water. Eat super clean, hit cardio hard. Like jonnyB said don't try and do this quick, cause it won't happen. If your at 250-260 now with 19%+BF it will take you years to get down to 10%bf and keep the same weight. I think you should hit ECA or Clen for 6 months lose 30pounds and build your way back up slowly with some tren and sust. If you really want it you'll get it. I'm not as tall as you, but I was in you same boat. I was at 210 20%bf, lost 40lb. and it has taken me two years and 4 cycles to build myself up to 220lb at 10%bf now. Good Luck!

            wisegi , I meant walk 1 minute then sprint balls to the wall one minute etc... for 10 min to start then up the total min as you feel ready 2-3X/week. It is extremly intense and anerobic as well as aerobic.

                Too much too soon, you shouldn't even be thinking of 24 weeks on!

                You can cut nicely on DBol and test just get some anastrozole and use 0.25mg ED/500 aromatisables per week = estrogen fat gain + water gone, and you will cut up. That is why Arimidex is such an amazing drug you can use most any AAS to cut with.

                I'd do 30-40mg DBol ED for 6 weeks, test 500-750 + 600 Eq for 8 weeks. With anastrozole, nolvas 20mg ED, T3 at 25mcg for 6-8 weeks. HCG mid cycle and for a week after the last shots(you'll still be suppressed so HCG won't do much more suppression and it'll get your nuts ready for when the test, Eq, and HCG test boost drop and you start clomid)

                That will get you down to 10% no problem if you diet hard - and you might put on muscle.

                Sheer Madness seems like a guy to ask also as he pretty much cut from 20-25% bodyfat to about 6-8% in 12 weeks
