I have tried every method and virtually every steroid to spot inject in my dealts. I have used1/2 inch all the way to 1 1/2 inch needles. I go straight in, and I have come down from the ceiling straight into my delt. They always look great and full until I pose, and then Goose Eggs every where. Evertime I flex it looks like I have 6 different delt heads. Anyone had any luck avoiding this.
By the way, the QV Prop 100 will blow your biceps up by an inch just from 1 cc in each. It works great every where else but is painful for a couple of days
