My solution "mix" is cloudy when it's cold, and I guess it's water because when I heat it up it becomes clear. Anyway what could one do to get it all clear all the time, even if it's cold? I tried to filter it once thru a whatman but it got cloudy anyway..Tips/trix?

Filtering won't do anything since the water will just go through the filter too. Shouldn't be a problem anyway though. It won't hurt anything to inject a little"wet" oil.
I don't know what you have access to so it's hard to answer your question in a useful way. That being said, if you can get a hold of some anhydrous magnesium sulfate, that is a very efficient drying agent. Just put in a half teaspoon and swirl it for a few minutes and then filter through a sterile filter into a sterile vial and it should be dry. MgSO4 is a very fine powder kind of like refined flower and could clog filters if you aren't careful.Spidey is a fictional character. I do not use or condone the use of illegal drugs.
