  • How do u gain weight on a 12 week bulkin cycle?

    ok here is a question, i want u to tell me how do u guys usually gain... from week 1 to week 12

    like do u gain most of the weight between week 1-4 ? and then from then ur strength increase or what?? can some one clearify that, i need to set my mindmentally of what is goin to happen to me


    so far i'm in my 2nd week and i'm up 12 pounds at least.. strength is goin up every day also! ... (test/eq/dbol)

    for me it depends on what drugs,but if its a 10-12 week cycle I normally stop gaining around week 8,also I think alot is the diet.

      so 1-8 is most of the mass gains and 8-12 is mostly strength and hardenin up?

        Well for me I gain everything starting at week 5-8,9 size and stength,but if I jump start with dbol,or abombs its different.I will start gaining i week 2.Like I said it really depends on type of cycle,diet,and rest.Everybody is different.Just my 2 cents

            i feel my gains slow after week 8 but i up the cals and they start agin

              Week 8 leveling off;What do you bros think about upping the dosages or switching gear?

                Things start to slow down for me around weeks 8-9. I make progress throughout the entire cycle. Just not as dramatic toward the end. I think I just get sick of eating. My training intensity stays the same, but I begin to force-feed myself around week 6. Then by week 8 I just feel miserable from all the food.
                The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

                  prolly dont need more gear bro, just more food... You have to continuely increase calories as you gain weight , cause your maintenance calories are raised with the increase in bodyweight and metabolism.

                    On long acting esters i.e. EQ, Test Enth or Cyp, Deca etc.... I usaully grow my best week 8 or so......

                      It depends on what AAS you use. For me the longer I'm on Primo, EQ and Fina the more LBM I gain. Of course these drugs have a long ester with the exception of fina, but the gains are slow but steady. When you finish with these AAS your musculature is more thicker, better quality.

                      Now with test, dbol and anadrol, my weight shoots up by Week 3 really quick but what's the fun of bodybuilding if one looks like a blowfish,eh. So I try to use slower acting AAS.

                        on test alone i gained 23lbs. in the first 5 weeks, but then all my gains were strength. i was on 400mgs. a week for 10 weeks. i will say that my strength gains were more than i had expected though. in just 5 weeks i went from benching 225 for 3 reps,to 12reps. hey i was happy as hell! this was my first cycle.

                          Main growth occures for me smack dab in the middle of the cycle...tappers up and tappers back down.
