  • Research and theories behind GH GUT?

I really wanna try GH for 6 months, maybe more. Im young at 20yrs old, but i wouldnt try it til next cycle starts anyway. the ONLY thing im worried about is the irreversable GH GUT. We all know it exists (coleman, burke, titus, Ruhl, etc. . .) Only thing is we have theories and no definite proof about it. Some believe that it is caused from excessivly high doses of GH, and some believe insulin plays a role.

Im lookin for any and all research articles that could shed some light on this for me.

Would like some opinions, experiences, and any other info everyone has on the subject. Is there ANY known cases of someone gettin GH gut on only 4IU of GH for say 6-9 months?

gH cuases internal organs to grow. Thus causing a "gut" if you will.

The high doses of insulin is the cause of the abdominal protrusion. Gh has been used in VERY high doses for many, many years (dwarfism, pituitary adnomas) AND it's not until recently and the ADDITION of insulin that the protrusion has been seen. However, if you have any friends or know someone that is
a juvenille diabetic and using insulin for many years you may be familiar with this. Tim Belknap is a great bodybuilder from the 80's that is also a diabetic and you can clearly see this with his physique. You don't need to research it any further, this is the fact and truth.

Thats a very interesting point. I do have a very good friend who has been a diabetic for a while. Does kinda have a gut, but then again he always carries extra fat bec of the slin. Why exactly do you think the slin and GH combo contributes to intestinal and organ growth causing the gut?

insulin lowers your blood sugar, and also causes the body to want to store nutrients (fat, glycogen). i could see insulin causing fatty deposits in the area where injected. no scientific eviddence on this end to confirm, just using what i know

If you do a search on yahoo for visceral fat and insulin you should come up with lots of related info. Also, years of insulin resistance could have a similar effect.......... High insulin levels = increase visceral fat.

If you administer GH injections same place insulin injections are being administered at within the same time period, wouldnt the GH negate the effects of insulin on the visceral fat?

Question i have is will the GH increase fat cell growth? If so, it would increase visceral fat cells with the use of slin, as well as the fat lining the internal organs, causing a distended gut correct?

Visceral fat is beneath the abdominal wall. Sub q injections will have no effect on visceral fat as is evident with AIDS patients.
Protease inhibitors are common meds used by those with AIDS. A common side effect of these meds is increased visceral fat........ The gh they use does nothing to combat this. There is, however, a large pocket of fat on the back of the neck called Buffalo hump that those taking protease inhibitors get as well. Gh does effectively combat this because it's Sub q fat.

Just a data point from personal experience.

I first used hGH about 6 years ago, Serostim kits @ $1600 a piece.
Myself and a friend bought 10 kits and were doing 3 IU's twice a day until we had finished the kits. I was using some Parabolan I had picked up several years before and some Winny at the same time, but no Insulin. I grew like a monster, BUT I got a 'gut'. I was always able to do the 'rope' and 'vacuum', but after about a month or so, I was literally unable to suck my stomach in, it was not fat, in fact I was pretty damn ripped, it was just as if I had a constantly full stomach. Weird. I heard that I was from combining the hGH with large glutamine intake, so I stopped the 5 or 6 grams I was doing a day and it seemed to help, but not by much. The 'gut' eventually went away after several months once I had stopped the hGH.

Right now I have 2 kits of non-holgram sealed Serostim that is either fake or severely underdosed. I'm doing a vial a day with little effects, just a slight swelling in the hands and feet each morning.

Koevoet......... If your taking 3 iu's gh twice daily you will become somewhat insulin resistant........... This resistance can cause the enlargement. When using the gh without insulin I would suggest keeping the carbs Very low for that reason.

Hmm, didn't think of that. Makes sense, unfortunately I am no longer in the same financial situation to be able to afford that much hGH.

how much of the gut could be attributed to water? when i was on a test/eq/dbol/creatine cycle i noticed that my gut got bigger. my workout partner said it was water.

That could of definitely been possible in my case, although it seemed to take too long to disappear if it was only water.

Another thing that I have noticed since then, is that when I do a cycle longer than 6 or 8 weeks now, my gut starts to grow again. It seems to be a gradual growth that only become really noticable after two months, and goes away pretty quickly after the end of my cycle.
