  • mass training??????

    i usually do one bodypart a day with chest or back on mon
    the bis back tri shoulders in that order

    my ?? is if this is good for building mass this is my goal

    i work out for a few hours at l;east 2 every day


    i want ur opinions on the best mass building program with facts and somethin to back it

    Facts r just what works for u,but when I am on a mass cycle,or just trying to get as thick as I can I lift 2 dayd on 1 off ,when lifting heavy and tryin to gain or bulk u need more rest,IMO,I do 1 body part per day

    day1-chest
    day 2-back
    day3-rest
    day4-legs
    day5-shoulders/traps
    day6-rest
    day7-arms
    repeat

      THATS AN AWSOME SPLIT BUT I HAVE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS SO I ONLY GET MONTHRU FRI OFF TO LIOFT
