Does caffiene help you concentrate?

I like ephedrine in small doses all by itself for concentration or preworkout boost.

I have add, and im in college. I love caffiene, its not quite like adderall, but it definatly does help me concentrate. When i study i take 10mg adderall, and drink a diet coke. good combo
