    Unmedicated ADD/ADHD people does it help you with your add or does it make it worse?

    If anyone has any studies on Add/adhd and ephedra as a treatment please post them or pm me.

    You might laugh, but Niacin has help my concentration. It is also good to lower cholesterol and blood pressure.
