    Dear all,

    I've just began a cycle with 300 mgs of Deca and 250 mg Sust / week (i know that it's low but I'm a newbie).

    I'm struggling to succeed my bulking diet, and since i've began 2 weeks ago, I would like to know when should I see some results, and how do I know ?
    I know that Deca is giving lot of water retention, so how can I be sure that I'm growing, is it the strenght increase that I should look for ?

    it might take awhile to kick in fully with the lose dose, especially doing just one shot a week of sust. the prop is not really of use. around week 4 or 5 You should start to see some results. how long are you running the cycle. 10 weeks I hope

      With it being your first, you can make some good gains, so keep your diet in check and make sure you get enough protein.

        Thanks guys for your answers, yes stonecold I'm running the cycle for 10 weeks.
        Can anybody answer the second part of my question whis is : how do I know that it's in !!! Beside the water retention (bloating), do I have to expect strenght gains to know that it has kicked in ??

          Around week 4 or 5 you will notice the strength gains. Eat, sleep, and work hard in the gym. Drink plenty of water, this will help with the bloat.
          Pain is weakness leaving the body.
          Don't you dare put me on HRSA, does self abuse extend your hospital stay?

            Do you think guys, I should go for 500 mgs Sust/week to see results faster ? Or is it too much for a beginner ? I don't want to saturate my receptors !!!

              You should be able to feel it at least by now because the prop is fast acting and you never had any in your system before.

              My first time I did Sust also, I did 1 shot and when I went to work out I did legs and the PUMP I got was like nothing I ever experienced before in my life. That is how I knew and that was the first day.

                You havnt stated your weight, hieght BF etc.

                I think you should do at least another 100mg of deca a week and you can bump the sus to 500 a week also and you will notice improved gains without many more sides.
