    AFter working out for the past 9 years [7 years naturally] ........I knew this all along but it is very difficult to do for 3+months, and thats how long it takes to work.......is this .........THE ONLY WAY TO GET SHREDDED...IS A PROPER, PROPER cutting diet........ NOT thermogenics, NOT keto or any other Bullshit diets, NOT winny, NOTHING WORKS but DIET DIET and DIET......


    this is for all the newbies to the game DIET DIET DIET,...... if you wanna get cut........BOTTOM LINE
    EVERYTHING I SAY IS ONLY AN OPINION.

            I have a hard time finding where to cut back calories...... other than beer on the weekends.

                Ditto, Scorp. Too many people are looking for miracle pills and miracle diets. Only a proper diet, in conjunction with cardio, will get you the results you see in the magazines. There's a good reason you don't see the "beautiful" people, everywhere, it's becuase it takes a lot of hard work, time, dedication and willpower to get the results.

                    fucken right!!! this diet im on now is running on SHEAR WILLPOWER.... end of week 11 of this diet....will incorporate cheat days after week 12 and try to maintain this BF

                          diet and cardio are the essentials...(for all those who can get shredded without cardio, i'd like to lock you in a room where the only food you have access to will turn you into fat fucks!!..you non-cardio doing pieces of shit!) - sorry...i just finished an hour cardio session

                              I went from almost 400 pounds at over 50% bodyfat, to 205 pounds with 13% bodyfat in one year with a strict, non stop cutting diet. I also gained 10 pounds of lean mass over the course of the year.

                              The key to my loss was diet first, cardio and 2 cycles of Triacana (helps bust you through plateues).
