          why not do it agien and try it with the test and winny... or you could add some EQ or Fina instead

            oh if it was only 200mgs of deca it was probley Broval if you get QV deca300 you will love your results...Much better

                    Damn.....Your ready to go maybe hold off a couple weeks hit a harder stack....or just take the winny for now and lean out how old are you ? maybe you should let your body recover a little....

                                I disagree. The min IMO for it to be "worthwhile" is 350mg/wk. You could grow off less, but not worth shutting down your system to me.

                                Say the ave 20-30 makes 100mg/wk (more like 70 prob but go with it). 200mg is only a 100% increase. You could raise your own test ~57% (I think thats the numbers from the studies) with an anti-e via negative feedback loop. So that 157mg vs 200mg wk but with the 157, you dont shut your self down. Thats what I would mean by "worthwhile".
